BCTech and Dai Dung Group signed an agreement to train and supply high-quality human resources.

On the afternoon of August 18, Ba Ria – Vung Tau College of Technology (BCTech) held a cooperation signing ceremony with Dai Dung Group. Both sides aim to connect and train human resources that meet the practical requirements of businesses.

Accordingly, the two sides will cooperate in training, thereby providing high-quality human resources for Dai Dung Group in key industries including: Welding, Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing, Automotive Technology, Industrial Electricity, Mechatronics, Information Technology.

Through this cooperation program, BCTech lecturers can participate in learning, training, and updating new technologies at enterprises, thereby contributing to innovation and improving the quality of training. For students, they will have the opportunity to study and practice in a modern production environment, receive training support according to the technology of the enterprise, and be given priority for recruitment by enterprises immediately after graduation.

The two sides also coordinate to organize sightseeing activities, share professional skills, soft skills, accompany in communication, promote brands and develop high-quality human resources.
