Advise and assist the Rector in managing enrollment, training at college, intermediate, elementary, regular training, domestic and international training links.
– Management of training programs:
+ Research and propose the development of training professions, training scale, training levels; assume the prime responsibility for registering vocational education activities;
+ Organize the development or selection, approval of training programs; organize the assessment, review and development of training programs for each occupation permitted for training according to regulations;
+ Organize the compilation or selection and approval of training textbooks and documents; organize the review and development of training curricula and documents for each occupation permitted for training according to regulations;
+ Organize the formulation, review and development of training program output standards for each occupation permitted for training according to regulations;
– Management of admissions:
+ To assume the prime responsibility for determining and registering, adjusting and supplementing annual enrollment quotas for each profession corresponding to each training level as prescribed;
+ Develop plans, organize enrollment, career guidance, organize for successful students to enroll and report enrollment results annually according to regulations.
– Training management:
+ Develop and organize the implementation of training plans for each course, each profession corresponding to each training level;
+ Develop and organize the implementation of the annual training schedule for each course, each profession corresponding to each training level;
+ Develop and organize the implementation of the class schedule for each semester;
+ Monitor and check the implementation of the training plan, training progress and timetable;
+ Develop test plan at the end of the course and module; coordinate with the Quality Assurance Department and the faculties to organize the final examination of subjects and modules as prescribed;
+ To plan and organize graduation exams, to organize graduation recognition and to report graduation exam results according to regulations;
+ Synthesize, make statistics, manage and distribute learning results to learners;
+ Manage and issue diplomas and certificates according to regulations;
+ Coordinating with departments and faculties to attend, evaluate, give suggestions and improve teaching capacity for lecturers.
+ Coordinate with departments and faculties to research, update and deploy new and active training methods and teaching methods.
+ Preside over the organization of the Vocational Education Teacher’s Conference, the Student Skills Competition;
+ Organize and manage joint training activities;
+ Develop and deploy to the units implementing training management forms at college, intermediate, elementary and regular training levels as prescribed.
+ Organize the development and appraisal of exam questions for each subject and module to ensure training quality.
+ Preside over the development of economic – technical norms of each training profession of the school.
– Coordinating with the Organization and Administration Department to organize training and retraining to improve professional and professional capacity for lecturers and managers;
– Website administration activities:
+ Advise on the development and issuance of regulations and guidelines to help the Principal manage the school’s website;
+ The focal point for developing projects and plans to create, upgrade and expand the University’s website system;
+ Manage and manage content on the University’s website system;
+ The focal point for propagating and disseminating guidelines and policies of the Party, State, and University on the University’s website;
+ Provide information and services on the Internet in accordance with the law and the school’s regulations;
– Communication activities:
+ Presiding over the exploitation and posting of information and managing the school’s English and Vietnamese websites;
+ Organize and manage a network of collaborators to collect news and report on the school’s activities on the mass media (Newspapers, TV stations) and the school’s fanpage and forums On Facebook, …
+ To take responsibility for the content and form of propaganda information; Manage the system of facilities in service of information and propaganda work;
+ Coordinate the implementation of yearbooks, internal newsletters, and school publications; Record school history and manage school traditional room materials.
– Brand promotion activities:
+ Be the focal point to develop and organize the implementation of the plan to promote the brand name of Ba Ria-Vung Tau College of Engineering and Technology (BCTECH).
+ Exploiting relationships with mass media agencies to report and promote the school’s brand image.
+ Coordinate with units in the school to implement products to promote the school’s brand.
– Perform other duties assigned by the Principal.
