3. Become one of 40 schools approaching the level of ASEAN 4 countries by 2025 and over ½ of the number of occupations being trained to reach G20 countries by 2030;
4. Manage the quality of vocational education according to the criteria, standards and processes of the quality assurance system;
5. Meet the satisfaction of learners and employers.
