The Garment technology and fashion design course aims to train students know how to design, cut, sew product types from basic to complex , intensively implement in the field of the garment industry and fashion products. At the same time, they produce large amount of products on the line with a certain technology process made from the production preparation, cutting, sewing, checking the quality of finished products; organize management and execute production to ensure the standards of the products and meet the deadline with customers.
Graduates can work directly in sewing lines; manage, organize sewing production lines; work as technicians in the technical department of fashion enterprises; design patterns, sew patterns, check the quality of products in production facilities of garment industry; have ability to work independently in tailor shops or fashion stores.
Food processing program course aims to train students: background knowledge about advanced chemistry, biology; food hygiene and safety; raw materials for processing and process analysis. Students can assess the quality of food, food processing methods. They have the ability to use the techniques, tools, machinery, necessary skills for the work in the food industry; design, collect and analyze data; apply scientific and technical knowledge to specialized fields that they will work in the food processing facilities; check and supervise workers who are untrained or trained. Students can work independently or work with other people in the groups or manufacturing shifts.
Graduates are able to organize and manage manufacturing enterprises in food processing with the small and medium scale; directly make products or work in positions related to food processing industry (processing meat, fish, milk, coffee, tea, canned items …) of domestic and foreign enterprises; work as Chief of production, technical staff, technicians, heads of shifts, foremen, technical staff checking the quality of the products on the food processing conveyors, technology from raw materials to finished products and semi-finished products.
