On the evening of October 9, 2020, in Hanoi, the General Department of Vocational Education (Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs) held a ceremony to honor 130 students of excellent vocational education institutions, typical of 2020, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province has Doan Minh Tuan, a student of Ba Ria – Vung Tau College of Technology (BCTech), was honored.

Doan Minh Tuan was born in 1999, student of Mold Making, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, BCTech was honored to be recognized as an excellent and typical vocational education student. From 2014-2016, Tuan studied at the Industrial Electrical Vocational Intermediate School at BCTech. From 2016 – 2017, Tuan was accepted as an expert in installing PLC electrical cabinets at PECSI Technology, Electrical and Control System Integration Joint Stock Company (Vung Tau City). In 2017, Tuan graduated from an advanced industrial electrical training course sponsored by Rosneft Vietnam Company and Oil and Gas investors in Block 06.1. From 2017 to now, Tuan continues to study at the Vocational College of Mold Manufacturing, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, BCTech. In 2019, Doan Minh Tuan was selected as one of 19 candidates representing Vietnamese students to participate in the 45th World Skills Competition in Ho Chi Minh City. Kazan, Russia in Model Making.
